BPO CV Template

While drafting BPO CV for a BPO employee, it is important to know whether one would be applying for a voice or a non voice process and accordingly highlight his skills. For example if its for a voice process, one can highlight his previous experience in call handling and verbal. However for a non-voice or data process data entry skills or written communication skills can be highlighted.
